Team Philippines had a very fruitful campaign as it bagged a silver and two bronze medals in the Hip Hop International’s 2015 World Hip Hop Dance Championship during the finals held Sunday in California, USA.
2014 champion A-Team brought home the bronze in the MegaCrew division for those with 15 to 40 members. Scoring 8.34 points, A-Team finished behind only the 8.68 points of South Korea’s Lock N Lol (gold) and the 8.49 points of New Zealand’s The Royal Family (silver).
“This crew are not humans. Level of difficulty is INSANE,” commented Facebook user Wilbert Varquez on Hip Hop International’s official page.

The country was represented by the Philippine team Romancon won the silver with 8.28 points, bested only by New Zealand’s The Bradas with 8.33 points in the Adult Division
The Philippines’ varsity division saw Philippine team Legit Status triumphant this time, as it won the silver with 8.16 points. Japan’s Kana-Booni was the gold medalist with 8.22 points.
Three other Philippine teams, La Salle Dance Company Street and Legit Status, ranked fourth and fifth, respectively, in the same division and team Rockstars ranked eighth in the same division.
