MANILA, Philippines – The National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) identified a total of 400 more islets using satellite images, topographical maps and navigational charts. The new islands identified in a survey conducted without the aid of publicly available satellite imagery. The Philippines is now officially a +7,500 islands
