PAGASA has issued a warning to expect hotter weather in the coming days.
According to Analiza Solis, the chief of the Climate Monitoring and Prediction Section at PAGASA, temperatures in Northern Luzon may soar to over 40 degrees Celsius.
This temperature does not yet include the heat index felt by an individual.
The heat index can be even hotter, increasing by up to three to five degrees.
The public is encouraged to stay hydrated, wear light clothing, and use sun protection whenever outdoors.
