Other outstanding candidates also earned major titles during the coronation night. Sandrine Desiree C. Cristobal of Cauayan City was crowned Queen Isabela 2026 – Tourism, showcasing the city’s devotion, unity, and strong tourism identity. Meanwhile, Zakaree Zea T. Bouffard of Santiago City claimed the title Queen Isabela 2026 – Culture and the Arts, impressing the audience with a presentation that highlighted creativity and cultural excellence.

Completing the distinguished royal court were Maria Novalyn Charisse L. Lagasca of Naguilian, who was named 1st Runner-Up, and Christine Jane C. Alvarado of Alicia, who finished as 2nd Runner-Up—both earning admiration for their elegance, poise, and powerful portrayals of Isabela’s diverse identity.
