The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has already filed several criminal charges against 11 people in connection with the death of flight attendant Christine Dacera.
Those charged in the case include Mark Anthony Rosales, Rommel Galido, John Pascual dela Serna III, Darwin Joseph Macalla, Gregorio Angelo Rafael de Guzman, Jezreel Rapinan, Alain Chen, Reymar Englis, Atty. Neptali Maroto, Louie de Lima and Southern Police District medico-legal officer Michael Nick Sarmiento.
If you remember, Sarmiento allegedly ordered Dacera’s body to be embalmed with the consent of his family.
The cases filed by the NBI with the Department of Justice (DoJ) include administering illegal drugs, attempt to deliver or to give away illegal drugs, perjury, obstruction of justice, reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, falsification of an official document by a public officer. .
Those charged with the DoJ are friends of Dacera who was also charged with rape and homicide at the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office.
Dacera, a 23-year-old native of General Santos died on January 1 while celebrating the New Year at a hotel in Makati City.
