The PNP will implement a gun ban in three areas on the day of the second State of the Nation Address by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
PNP chief Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr. that they will implement the gun ban in Metro Manila, Central Luzon and Calabarzon.
He said the said step is also based on the recommendation of the police Directorate for Operations.
The gun ban will begin from 12:01 a.m. on July 24 to 12 a.m. on July 25.
