Confirmed by Muntinlupa City Rep. Ruffy Biazon the death of his father former Sen. Rodolfo Biazon at the age of 88 years.
The elder Biazon is a former Armer Forces Chief of Staff, member of the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives.
It was known that he lost his life this morning at around 8:30 am.
He was diagnosed with lung cancer in July of 2022 and underwent lengthy treatment.
But while undergoing the procedures, he contracted pneumonia twice, the second more severe than the first which weakened his lungs.
Mayor Ruffy said that they will release the next notification for the funeral details of former Sen. Biazon.
