International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach has excluded Russia and Belarus from participating in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
According to the IOC, there are only 203 countries that have been invited, not including the aforementioned two countries.
They can only participate, but they use neutral flags.
Recall that some countries blocked the participation of Russia and Belarus because of their invasion of Ukraine.
